Program Description
The bachelor program offered has obtained accreditation from the Engineering Accreditation Council (EAC) Malaysia. The bachelor program prepares the students for work in all major Electrical and Electronic Engineering fields including Electrical Power Engineering, Control Engineering and Microelectronic Engineering.
This department also offers programs at Masters and PhD level (with thesis) in various research fields. The research program in the Department of Electrical and Electronic is growing rapidly where research projects are funded by various public and private agencies. The department has more than 100 post graduate students coming from various countries who are pursuing their MSc and PhD studies. Many of the research findings have been patented and have gained national and international awards.

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
Have received a National Higher School Certificate (or an A Level or the equivalent of 12 years of primary education) with the minimum grade of 80% and above, OR Have obtained a Diploma from recognized Institutions with at least a CGPA of 3.00; AND Have fulfilled specific entrance requirements for some programmes, particularly in the sciences field.
