Program Description
Bachelor of Design (Industrial Design) is a four-year (8 semesters) program or 110 credits program.
UPM industrial design graduates draw on a range of core courses, inter-mix with creativity and technical know-how, which lead to the production of innovative design solutions. The programme encourages innovative thinking and development of practices which extend the discipline and application of new technologies to fulfill the needs of human resource by the industrial sectors.
Graduates of the program will have a wide opportunity to be employed as an industrial designer or an executive in various industrial and manufacturing sectors and in any relevant posts in the government sector.

Entry Requirement
ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
Have received a National Higher School Certificate (or an A Level or the equivalent of 12 years of primary education) with the minimum grade of 80% and above, OR Have obtained a Diploma from recognized Institutions with at least a CGPA of 3.00; AND Have fulfilled specific entrance requirements for some programmes, particularly in the sciences field.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
International students must be proficient in the English Language as this language
is the medium of instruction at the University.
IELTS band 5.5 and above; or
