UCSI’s Master of Art and Design is a practice-based programme that requires students to provide solutions through innovative design thinking process. The disciplines involved are wideranging from multimedia, fine art, animation, graphic design and fashion, among others, covering the length and breath of the creative industry.
Prospective students are required to look into current design issues that are relevant to global trends in art and design.
The programme is offered at De Institute of Creative Arts and Design – an institute that produces award-winning students at the local and international levels.

Entry Requirement
ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 in the relevant field, as accepted by the HEP’s Senate;
OR
Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) or equivalent with at least CGPA of 2.50 in the relevant field and has not achieved CGPA of 2.75, can be accepted subject to rigorous internal assessment;
OR
Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) or equivalent with CGPA of less than 2.50 in the relevant field and a minimum of five (5) years working experience in the relevant field;
OR
Other relevant equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government.
AND
Pass an interview OR submission of portfolio determined by the HEP as required.
